K11 Mobile App
We spearheaded the UX design for the K11 HK Mobile App, creating an intuitive and engaging platform that connects users with the dynamic K11 ecosystem, encompassing cultural-retail, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences at K11 MUSEA, K11 Art Mall, K11 ARTUS, and beyond. We focused on designing seamless user flows, wireframes, and interfaces to enhance accessibility for features such as KLUB 11 Membership management, K Points and K Dollar redemption, live magazine content, shopping and dining directories, remote ticketing, and food ordering. By applying user-centered design principles, we ensured the app is responsive, visually cohesive, and reflective of K11’s innovative fusion of art, culture, and commerce. Through iterative user research and feedback integration, we addressed challenges like information overload to optimize usability, delivering a digital guide that elevates user engagement and strengthens brand loyalty within the K11 community.
